Ryan Andersen played a great game against an excellent William Floyd defense. Andersen completed 11 of his 22 passes for 173 yards and a touchdown, a beautiful 37-yard pass to Matt Nason. For their outstanding efforts, Andersen and Sternbach were named Offensive Players of the Game. Kurt Johnson, the Defensive Player of the Game, had an outstanding game. He led the team with 15 tackles, 9 solo, and 2 tackles for losses. Kurt has really stepped it up on the D-Line this year and this was clearly evident on Saturday as he made numerous plays at the point of attack. Other players considered were Mike Pellegrino, 11 tackles, 9 solo; Cody Elsis, 7 tackles, 5 solo, 1 tackle for loss; and Jeremy Leggiero, 13 tackles, 8 solo.
