Junior WR/DB Rob Stroh has been working extremely hard in the Weight Room since the Off-Season began. He has been consistently training in the Weight Room and getting himself in much better shape and stronger for the 2008 season.
Last season, Stroh was a player who displayed improvement as the year progressed. This upcoming season, he will be competing with many players for a starting position as a wide receiver and/or defensive back. If he continues to train as hard as he has been, he will be a strong candidate to be a starter or provide great depth at these positions.
Keep working hard, Rob, only great things will come from it!
