Kevin Booras continues to shine in the weight room. He has been consistently training hard and getting stronger since the off-season began. He is very focused on making an impact next year for the T-Birds. As a senior, he will be looked upon to make some bone-crushing hits on defense and also serve as a leader for some of the younger players. With his continued success in the weight room and great attitude, Kevin will be aiming towards having an excellent year.
Jeremy Leggiero has strengthened his work ethic and has continued to be a force in the weight room. He is down there every day working hard and continues to get a lot stronger. With his continued development and terrific attitude, Jeremy will be a lead candidate to start either offensively or defensively, maybe both. He has really improved how he trains and how he attacks the weight room. Leggiero will be a great asset as a rookie for us this upcoming season.
Brandon Carnevale, a freshman, has been training real hard since last summer. He is a very focused football player and is very coachable. As an offensive and defensive linemen, Brandon has gone to camps and had listened to what his coaches have taught him. He is very dedicated to getting better and has a great work ethic. His improved strength from his work in the weight room will help him tremendously as he will look to be a two-way starter for the JV next season.
Congratulations to all three players who have been very dedicated and focused in the Off-Season weightlifting program. They should be proud of their success and keep up with their outstanding attitude.
