Steven Cluen has been a force in the weight room throughout this offseason. He is getting stronger and bigger and should build on the great success he had last year. Steven became the starter at tight end for the T-Birds about halfway through the season and did a solid job. He also started a few games at defensive end and played a strong role in a few of the victories. He is determined to do even better next year. By his work ethic in the weight room, Suffolk County better beware!

Dylan Clifford has consistently been training real hard this offseason and continues to make great strides in the weight room. Last year on JV he had a great year. All three of his coaches, Frenz, McMurray, and Melchiona speak very highly of him. As a junior next year he will be competing for a starting job, offensively and defensively. If he keeps up his great offseason, he will be a starter.

Mike Caiozao, currently a freshman, has been training extremely hard since his football season ended. Already very strong and solid, Mike is getting even stronger and bigger. He is very focused on getting better and being a great football player. He had a very good season last year on the JV9 team and looks to build on that for next season.

Congratulations to these three individuals who continue to make Connetquot Football better! Keep up the great work and keep striving for greatness.
