KEVIN ESCOBAR, RYAN SCHMID, MATT SHULMAN NAMED PLAYERS OF THE WEEK FOR THE WIN OVER WALT WHITMAN.

Kevin Escobar had an outstanding game from his defensive back position in the victory. Kevin had 6 tackles, one being a game-saving tackle late in the game. He also played outstanding coverage throughout the night and almost came up with an interception.
Offensively, Kevin rushed for 80 yards on 13 carries and just missed breaking 2 of his runs for long scores.

Ryan Schmid had an awesome game on both sides of the ball as well. Offensively, he was solid at the guard position. Defensively, he had his best game of the year. Ryan finished with 8 tackles from the Noseguard position and repeatedly fought through double teams allowing the linebackers to make some plays.

Matt Shulman had an excellent game. Matt was tenacious throughout the night and really applied a great amount of pressure to the quarterback late in the game. Shulman finished with 4 tackles, 1 QB Sack, and numerous QB pressures. He also played an aggressive defensive tackle position at times during the game.
