  • Revolution Athletics is offering a winter speed training session for Connetquot football players starting Monday, January 16th. CLICK HERE FOR FLYER.
  • The weight room will be open for winter season workouts starting Monday, November 28th.
  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday will be strength training days from 2:15-3:30.
  • Wednesdays will be a core circuit from 2:15-3:00 followed by "Football 101" in room 130.
